I'm Kelly: a mom, wife, designer, teacher, entrepreneur, and lover of Jesus. I'm married to a man who's on the road to becoming a Biblical scholar by way of universities in the States and abroad. And we're following, me and our four kids.

This blog is here to document my journey of the wonders and frustrations of being married to a perpetual student and living as an American ex-pat in the UK. In addition to that, since I have a completely random personality, I'll dump ideas, show new products I make, and maybe share some tips on life and mothering that have worked for me. 

I like to call myself and my husband Scribble & Scribe, which is my custom graphic design business; Scribble after myself, and Scribe after my husband. I'm crafty, messy, creative, and disorganized, while he is an organized thinker and writer. We're pretty much opposites but work together nicely. I love him tons. 

I have a degree in marketing, but have been a stay-at-home mom since about 6 months after graduating college. I'm a self-taught graphic designer, and have a small passion for interior design. I dabble in photography, and love DIY projects. Since before my husband and I were married, we both agreed homeschooling would be best for our children, so that's my life at the moment and I wouldn't have it any other way.

We have four kids, ages 6, 4, 2 & 2. That's right, we have *two* two year olds. It's crazy at times, but we manage, and it's great fun. I'm happy to share some of our lives with you!
